"My wife and I turned to Greg to rebuild our Ramona home after it was destroyed in the 2007 Witch Creek Fire. We turned over a hand drawn floorplan of the original house & a few pictures that were saved on our computer to Greg’s design team and our journey began. After that first meeting, we knew we had made the right decision in selecting Greg…he “listened” to what we said and turned our ideas and words into a set of plans that is now our new home. When it came time to build, Greg was there and became a member of our extended family. Almost every day he was at the site and his subs were in constant contact with him so details were never missed and rework avoided. He was always reachable via email, text messages, or by cell phone to cheerfully answer our incessant questions. His initial estimate was for a 6 month build from grading to move-in day and he beat his own estimate by a week with a couple weeks lost to rain delays. But the best thing about our building experience is Greg’s educated eye on the structure. Many of our friends told us that building a house is the greatest test of a marriage, and I will admit there is some stress in a lot of decisions when building a house in 6 months, but with Greg’s help and patience our experience was one that we can highly recommend to anyone considering building a new house."
